An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic fit couple to live in as assistants to the managers in the day to day running of BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The park has 24 four star cabins, 46 permanent owner/occupant sites, together with 50 caravan sites.
The ideal applicants must be people friendly with a passion for service in the hospitality industry and who will go the extra mile and do the hard work to provide a unique experience for our patrons. Experience with RMS9 and office procedures are preferred but not necessary. Our office areas are smoke free zones. This is not a normal 9-5 position and is 24/7 when rostered on to ensure our patrons are looked after whenever necessary. This role would not suite a couple with children.
General requirements are as follows :
Drivers License, Police Check required. Must be friendly and intelligent enough to be left in control, have good problem solving skills and be able to handle upset customers whilst still providing excellent customer service.
General handyman skills are required and building/renovating experience a bonus, housekeeping skills which include supervision of staff and the weekend helping with the cleaning of cabins amenities and office. Previous park experience an advantage but not necessary.
THE OFFER:
Working a roster of 5 on 2 off, 4 weeks annual leave, site unit provided all inclusive. Salary competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
