Bold TCRC offers apprenticeships for people interested in a career in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries.

If you’re just starting out in the workforce, looking for a career change or wanting to upskill – Bold TCRC is the place for you.

Perhaps you’ve been working in the caravan industry for many years but you’ve never had the opportunity to get a qualification. We’d love to help you get qualified.

We are a multi trade workshop including mechanical, auto electrical, automotive body building, insurance repairs, plumbing, welding and fabrication and engineering. There is the ability to upskill and multi-trade your career. Apprentices have the ability to multi skill across these areas.

Our current apprentices span from school leavers to mature age apprentices in their 50’s.

AUTO ELECTRICIANS - FULL TIME & PART TIME

This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in practical, technical, and hands-on activities. If you enjoy variety, have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and are enthusiastic about advancing your career, then this career path aligns perfectly with your aspirations.

We are a multi trade workshop including mechanical, auto electrical, automotive body building, insurance repairs, plumbing, welding and fabrication and engineering. There is the ability to upskill and multi-trade your career.

Location: Miranda NSW.

Duties
As a technician, your job entails performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing a variety of caravans and trailers to meet high standards. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting!

  • Carry out repairs according to manufacturing requirements.
  • Create and install custom battery management systems and solar solutions.
  • Replace broken or defective parts.
  • Test and replace electrical components.
  • Repair and replace electrical wiring.
  • Diagnose components for faults.
  • Use special test equipment.
  • Remove and replace electronic components.
  • Maintain and repair braking systems.
  • Our workshop’s daily processes use up-to date technology to provide the highest level of communication between the workshop and the front of the house.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Hold a current Auto Electrician Trade Licence.
  • Have a genuine passion for the automotive and recreational vehicle industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Have a down-to-earth personality.
  • Hold a current automatic or manual driver’s license.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Desirable

  • Open to career opportunities and progression.
  • Forklift licence

RECEPTIONIST

Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time receptionist at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

Location: Miranda

Main Duties:

  • Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Liaising with staff.
  • General admin, filing, data entry and emails.
  • Assisting with inventory and stock control.

Essential:

  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Confidence dealing with customers.
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Self motivated.
  • Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Be a quick learner.
  • High attention to detail especially with data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and being flexible in the tasks asked of them.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Must be available to work some Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon (approximately once every 4 weeks)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience or an interest in the automotive / caravan / marine / recreation industries
  • Experience with a CRM

We are a multi trade workshop including mechanical, auto electrical, automotive body building, insurance repairs, plumbing, welding and fabrication and engineering.

As a trade assistant, your job entails assisting tradespeople to repair a variety of caravans and trailers to meet high standards. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting!

Our workshop’s daily processes use up-to-date technology to provide the highest level of communication between the workshop and the front of the house.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Excellent English comprehension skills.
  • Have a passion for the recreational vehicle industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Have a down-to-earth personality.
